Brief Introduction

本品為免疫抑制劑，主要用于預(yù)防和治療同種異體 器官移植或骨髓移植的排斥反應(yīng)或移植物抗宿主反 應(yīng)，還可用于系統(tǒng)性紅斑狼瘡、類風(fēng)濕性關(guān)節(jié)炎及 皮膚炎癥等自身免疫性疾病。近年試用于早期HIV 感染。

The product is an immunosuppressant.It is mainly used to prevent rejection following allogeneic organ transplantation or bone marrow transplantation and in the prophylaxis of graft-versus-host disease(GVHD).
It is also used in the treatment of systemic lupus erythematosus(SLE),rheumatoid arthritis,atopic dermatitis and other autoimmune diseases.There are some recent HIV injection researches and studies with the treatment of CsA in these years.
